I have lived all my life in Halifax. For 26 years, I owned and operated 5 Family type restaurants. I got a lucky break in 1980 when I had an opportunity to build my first pub. It was called PEDDLERS PUB on Granville St. There wasn't alot around in those days, so we at least had a little time to learn the business, and boy, did we learn fast. In 1989 I opened JJ ROSSY's, right across from my original Peddlers. This was a very large night club...capacity was 1200. From there I opened 3 more over the next 7 years. After working at this profession for a very long time, I decided to sell it all! I took a year off to decide what I could contribute to society ,then with my fiance' Paula Paquin, we decided to get into real estate. All I can say... I wish I got into this business when I was younger, this business is so REWARDING ~ helping clients find their DREAM HOME and watching their faces light up! It is actually a double WOW! and we both enjoy giving service to our clients immensley, always going ~ "above and beyond" what is expected of a sales person.

Listings are the name of the game, so of course We try and put as much effort in prospecting as we can. Paula and myself are very easy to get along with, and love to laugh.
